We are a FENSA registered company. Should your product qualify for FENSA registration, your details will be shared with the organisation in order to receive your FENSA certificate.

When purchasing greenhouses from Monmouthshire Conservatory Company, your details will be shared with our supplier Elite Greenhouses. This will enable purchase and delivery of your greenhouse.

In the unlikely event that the Customer is dissatisfied with the services, or any part thereof, supply pursuant to the order, any query or complaint must be addressed to Monmouthshire Conservatory Companies Office Manager within 14 days of the matter giving rise to such complaint.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
