Quality Windows, Doors & Conservatories in Ross-on-Wye

Since formation in 2003, Monmouthshire Conservatory Company have been designing and installing high-quality windows, doors and conservatories. Monmouthshire Conservatory Company was established as a family business, with a goal to deliver a superior service and product on a personal and local level. 14 years later, the company remains a family concern that has maintained its initial ethos of a high-end product with a personal service.

Stunning Conservatories With A 10-Year Guarantee

In the time since establishing the business, we’ve installed a range of stunning conservatories and orangeries. More recently we’ve started to offer Livinrooms and Skyrooms, which offer a different, modern, take on conservatories and orangeries. Over the years, our conservatories have changed dramatically as styles and materials have evolved. Back in the early 2000’s it was common to see either wooden or uPVC conservatories, which were only really intended for warm weather. Most of the conservatories we now offer are constructed from either aluminium or modern uPVC frames. This advancement in materials has brought with it the possibility of more thermally efficient conservatories and more adventurous designs with large expanses of glass. You can find images of the conservatories we’ve installed in Ross-on-Wye on our website.

Thermally Efficient Double-Glazed Windows

The services we offer have developed over the years to include energy-efficient windows that complement the style of both modern homes and the more traditional houses in Ross-on-Wye. Both the aluminium and uPVC windows we install are available in a range of colours and finished including a massive variety of colours and even wood effects. The wood effect windows offer you a more secure and warmer alternative to wooden windows, without losing the charm and appeal that timber windows offer.

Sash Windows

With the houses in Ross-on-Wye being so varied, we identified the need to offer a variety of styles, which is why we also install sash windows. Many of the older homes in the town are fitted with wooden sash windows, which can be insecure and depending on how the window has weathered may be drafty. Our uPVC and aluminium sash windows provide you with the opportunity to achieve the look of sash windows with improved security, lower maintenance and better thermal-efficiency.

Secondary Glazing

There are a number of listed properties in Ross-on-Wye. With these properties, it can be difficult to gain approval to change your windows and therefore you may need to look at an alternative to achieve the energy savings of new double glazing. Secondary glazing offers you a genuine alternative and can help you to keep your home warmer and improve the noise insulation, whilst still complying with the restrictions of a listed building. Secondary glazing is an independent window that is fitted to the inside of your existing window, providing you with another layer of glazing. If you own a listed building, or simply can’t bring yourself to part with your current windows, this may be the solution for you.

Aluminium, uPVC and Composite Doors

To really finish the look of your home, we doors in a variety of styles, colours and materials. This variety makes it easy for you to select a door that suits your property’s character, or compliments a new addition such as a conservatory or an extension.

Composite Doors

Composite doors are an increasingly popular choice of door that is particularly well suited to single leaf front and back doors, but are also available as a double door. They are an ideal replacement for wooden doors in particular as they allow you to keep the look of wood, whilst benefiting from improved security, lower maintenance and improved energy-efficiency.
